The DIPA 2000 particle size and shape analyzer is a unique instrument that combines 2 complementary Measurement Techniques by integrating laser and video channels. It provides complete sample information on particle size distribution and numerous particle shape parameters.

The DIPA 2000 has a wide measurememnt range starting at 0.1 up to 5000 microns.
Two of its unique and advanced added values are - very high analytical resolution (analyzing each sampled particle individually) and real time sample visualization capabilities.

In addition to its advanced hardware capabilities, the DIPA 2000 uses state-of-the-art groundbreaking software, that allows comprehensive data analysis and report generation among many other useful features.

Analytical data can be displayed in an exceptionally wide variety of tables and graphs, easily customized to provide the required information.

Statistical comparison is available via data mining features, allowing overlay graphs and comparison data to be reliably assembled.
Our "one-click" approach allows automatic analysis sample reporting, generated by common MS-Office documents.

The DIPA 2000 is an ultimate system that uses the FDA recommended analytical approach, without any prior knowledge of the sample and with no calibration required.

DIPA-2000 S/W Feature

FDA technologies recommendation

DIPA 2000 instruments can be fitted with a variety of Modular Measurement Cells allowing user friendly measurement of many different types of materials within the same instrument.

These modular cells can be manually interchanged quickly to allow for particle analysis in liquids, emulsions, creams, dry powders, fibers, heated liquids, aerosols, and more - with minimal (or no) sample intervention and original state analysis.

Other unique accessories provide efficient and easier material handling and/or sample preparation.

This application driven approach ensures that the DIPA 2000 technology adjust itself to the sample rather than adjusting the sample to the technology (which is a significant drawback of other common PSA techniques).

Dry Powder Cells

Slide Cell - dispersed fine dry powder or cream on glass microscope slides.
Free Fall Cell - dry granular particles (typically larger than 100 microns).

These dry powder cells allows analysis without any sample wetness!
